• Bachelors or Masters (Law)
• Fresher's are eligible to apply
• Familiarity with the practice areas such as Corporate Law, Litigation, IP, Real Estate etc.
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments, Government agencies and other organizations that require Legal expertise.
• Legal Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening and placing Legal talent from Paralegals and Legal assistants to Attorneys and Legal executives.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media platforms, and other professional networks.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline through the Application Tracking System.
