About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. End-to-end recruitment: screening, calling, and scheduling interviews 2. Making outbound calls to potential candidates and explaining job roles clearly 3. Coordinating with hiring managers and internal teams for interviews 4. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and trackers 5. Ensuring follow-ups and smooth onboarding processes 6. Assisting in basic HR operations when required Requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, calling, or similar roles 2. Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written 3. Good interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette 4. Strong coordination and follow-up ability 5. Passionate about starting/growing a career in HR 6.
