Associate, Quality & MIS

As an Intern in Cvent's Finance Division, you will work as a key member of the Order to cash MIS team. Your role will involve analyzing business performance, ensuring consistency across reports, creating meaningful dashboards, and sharing them with the relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Create insightful business reports to highlight critical data points. - Collect operational data/reports, analyze financial outcomes, and reconcile transactions. - Accurately gather data for various business reports. - Present data analysis results in written and verbal formats to the management. - Assist Order to cash teams in achieving their objectives through detailed analysis. - Monitor data trends to identify shifts in financial and business indicators. Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Excel and VBA to design reports and automate tasks using VBA macros. - Understanding of data integration challenges, including validation and cleaning processes, and familiarity with complex data structures. - Strong analytical skills for developing data-driven reports. - Effective time management and prioritization abilities to meet project deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying data insights to colleagues. - Exceptional critical thinking skills to address business challenges and support decision-making processes.
