Are you a subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation Join us as an Associate Project Manager to coordination and complete projects across various functional areas, define performance and results and you may even assist management with vendors and service providers. You will makes presentations to management regarding updates, cycles, results and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications

.2+ years of project management experience

.Experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies

.Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

.Ability to anticipate and manage conflict and risks, while leading the implementation through tenuous situations

.Experience owning client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management

.Adaptability, agility, and a constructive approach in a dynamic environment

.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Project Management software experience a plus

.Support for customers must be available during USA Central hours from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Ideal Qualifications

.Strong decision-making capability. Can digest complex information to understand core issues and then develop proposed solutions that align with company and client interests

.Demonstrated success in independently applying process improvement methods with measurable business performance gains.

.Proficient in organizing and tracking issues and risks

.Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry

.Knowledge of software functionality, user navigation and reporting capabilities

.Project management coursework and certification
