About the Role-

Eatsure Category Team

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and update category and brand properties on the EatSure app and website, including storefronts, logos, banners, and thumbnails
Execute brand/category creation, updates, and daily promotional calendar deployment
Support planning and execution of digital campaigns across push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email channels
Coordinate platform activations for new product and brand launches
Manage in-app customer engagement elements such as surveys, gamification, stories, and banners
Act as SPOC for brand-related POs, invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination
Maintain and track brand spends, ensuring timely provisioning and accurate financial reporting
Monitor and report over/under spends to relevant stakeholders
Analyze app performance and conversion metrics to derive actionable insights
Conduct daily QA checks, documentation, and follow-ups for campaign and content execution
Troubleshoot operational issues and support ad-hoc projects across teams
