Associate Project Estimator

Role Description-

This is a full-time role for an Associate Project Estimator located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Associate Project Estimator will be primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of construction project estimates. Daily tasks would be-

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Review proposal specifications, change orders, drawings, and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive takeoffs to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Analyzing vendor quotes and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications and Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage shifting priorities
• Clear communication skills with both teammates and customers
• Comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (Good to have)
