Associate Estimator

Job Summary: The Associate Estimator is responsible for ensuring efficient vendor communication, effective contract management and diligent bid follow-up. This role also involves contributing to project estimation and various preconstruction activities, ensuring the smooth progression of projects from initial concept to commencement.

Job Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Review proposal specifications, change orders, drawings, and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive takeoffs to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Analyzing vendor quotes and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage shifting priorities
• Clear communication skills with both teammates and customers
• Comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice to Have: (bonus points):

• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
