We are excited to hire Associate Project Engineers - Design (freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience) who hold a BTech or B.E. in Mechanical or equivalent engineering branches. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for aspiring design engineers to kickstart their careers. Candidates must possess a good understanding of engineering fundamentals, which will serve as the bedrock for learning and development in this role. A mandatory requirement for this position is experience with modern 3D-CAD systems, preferably Pro Engineer/CREO. This implies you should have hands-on academic or internship experience in creating 3D models and assemblies. Furthermore, knowledge in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is essential, as you will be working with engineering drawings and ensuring design intent. A basic understanding of manufacturing processes (such as machining, welding, casting, sheet metal fabrication) and machining processes specifically is also mandatory, as it will enable you to design components that are feasible for production. You will be mentored by senior engineers and contribute to various design projects, learning to apply theoretical knowledge to practical design challenges.
