Job Description

As an Associate - Project Cost Analyst at Genpact, your role involves managing the controllership and financial reporting of projects according to internal control rules. You will be responsible for ensuring project accounting complies with Company guidelines, defining milestones, and coordinating with accounting for revenue recognition. Additionally, you will organize project reviews throughout each contract and maintain consistency with project teams. Analyzing execution performance will be crucial, and you will need to propose action plans to enhance contract margins, cash profiles, and identify and mitigate risks.
