Associate Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at VT Netzwelt Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end project delivery by facilitating communication, reporting, documentation, and resource management across teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring clear definition and regular tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. - Documenting and communicating individual team member roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. - Assisting in gathering project requirements, defining scope, and clarifying deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations. - Establishing and maintaining communication channels within project teams; acting as a central point of contact for project-related queries. - Preparing and sharing project status reports; monitoring daily progress and escalating risks or blockers to project managers. - Identifying and tracking project risks; supporting mitigation planning with project leadership. - Tracking and reporting on resource allocation and availability for project needs. - Supporting client communication by ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely updates regarding project progress. - Assisting in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. - Documenting, communicating, and helping coordinate the process for handling change requests, ensuring proper approvals and implementation. Required Skill Set: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Masters degree in Business Administration. - Ability to articulate and report project updates in a clear and concise manner. - Proactive willingness to learn and continuously enhance skills and knowledge. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar). - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle blockers effectively. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
