Associate Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with security consultants, developers, and business teams to collect and refine product requirements.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, feature specs, and workflows tailored to cybersecurity use cases.
• Maintain product documentation across development cycles.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking tasks.

2. Cybersecurity-Focused Research

• Perform detailed industry research, competitor analysis, and security trend monitoring.
• Understand common cybersecurity challenges (e.g., vulnerability management, risk scoring, reporting workflows).
• Analyze user feedback, incident patterns, and product data to identify feature opportunities.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the development team to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity analysts and ethical hackers to understand technical constraints and security practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to build user-friendly dashboards, security workflows, and reporting interfaces.
• Support QA in validating security-specific features and ensuring high-quality product releases.

4. Product Execution

• Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritisation.
• Track progress of development tasks and escalate blockers when needed.
• Participate in sprint demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release coordination.
• Help prepare release notes and communicate updates to internal teams.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into simple, clear product requirements.
• Provide timely updates to leadership, engineering, and security teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, compliance needs, user expectations,and technical feasibility.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).1.Strong interest or foundational knowledge in cybersecurity concepts such as:

• Vulnerability assessment
• Penetration testing workflows
• Risk scoring
• Threat intelligence
• Security reporting

2. Ability to conduct research on cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and trends.

3. Understanding of Agile methodology and product development lifecycle.

4. Ability to create PRDs, user stories, and functional diagrams.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

6. Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and security teams

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
