Associate - Programs

Qualifications and experience:

· B.E / MBA / Graduation in Engineering/Science/Technology and Management. Candidate should have understanding of technology and business. Fair understanding about emerging technologies.

· Experience of 2-4 years with startups and corporates in Startup Accelerator/ Business Incubator/ Startup Ecosystem.

Desired Skills:

· Good analytics skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

· Team player and ability to work in small teams.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

· Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with corporates, startups, investors, Government, media and other major stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

· Partnerships building: With various corporates to be onboarded as collaborators for the Plugin program.

· Project management: Ensure that the program is going according to plan by actively tracking activities and managing stakeholder expectations.

· Coordination: Interact and monitor the progress of startups in the cohort on a regular basis, understand their requirements and provide support when required.

· Communication and Reporting: Share regular updates about the program with key stake holders.

· Event management: Organize training sessions and demo days.

· Application screening: Assist in screening startup applications, assess technology novelty, business potential, competition etc.

· Participate actively in startup events to identify deep tech startups with growth potential.

· Facilitate access to mentor networks & funding opportunities for startups.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
