Associate - Programs

The timely rollout and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with project plans. Track and ensure quality delivery of detailed implementation plans (DIPs). Collaborate with program lead and coordinator and internal teams to secure necessary support for project execution. Encourage and incorporate innovative approaches in project activities. Address operational challenges promptly in coordination with the program coordinator and Program Lead. Conduct regular field visits (100% of the time) to monitor progress and ensure goals are met. Foster community involvement and ownership of project activities for long-term sustainability. Align project activities with community aspirations and leverage their strengths to enhance ownership.Maintain transparency and accountability in all project activities to benefit the target population.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at community, ward, and district levels across private, government, academic, and NGO sectors. Increase project and organizational visibility among government and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to align stakeholder activities with project goals. Represent the project and organization at meetings, committees, and advocacy forums. Participate in advocacy efforts at district and state levels to drive impactful change. Collaborate with the technical team to design effective advocacy strategies and activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
