Job Description

Position: Data Entry Operator – AdministrationPosition Overview

The Data Entry Operator (Admin) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining administrative and operational data across systems and databases. The role ensures smooth documentation, timely record-keeping, and supports the admin team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in excel, databases, and internal systems for employee ID cards
Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documents.
Assist the admin team with routine tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and MIS.
Coordinate with internal departments for data-related inputs and clarifications.
Generate periodic administrative reports when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage time, prioritize task
Attention to detail and strong record-keeping habits.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.

Work Location: SINE, IIT Bombay Powai Reporting To: Admin Manager

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
