Associate Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Program Manager to fuel category growth through cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution. The role involves partnering with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan, execute, and scale growth initiatives.
• Marketing partnerships: Coordinate marketing campaigns including offer planning, creative development, BTL activities, and track digital campaign performance with data-driven insights.
• Product engagement: Collaborate with product managers to analyze customer journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize user experience.
• Operations coordination: Liaise with the operations team to ensure demand and supply balance, aligning category growth with operational capacity and service delivery.
• Customer insights: Gather product feedback, monitor sales trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Desired Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in category management, program management, or marketing operations.
• Graduate from a Tier-1 institution preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
