Role Description

Geeta University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Professor/Professor in Political Science for a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, developing academic programs, and conducting scholarly research. The individual will be responsible for fostering an engaging learning environment, supervising student projects, and contributing to departmental growth through innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and expertise in Political Science along with the ability to teach core and specialized courses in the field.
• Proficiency in developing educational curricula, preparing teaching materials, and employing effective teaching methodologies.
• Experience in conducting research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and securing research grants.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills for effective engagement with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including teaching, research, and administrative tasks.
• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Political Science or a related field is required; previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
