Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Associate Professor of Marketing. The Associate Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lectures in Marketing Management, Market Research, and related subjects. Key responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting independent research, guiding students on academic projects and dissertations, and participating in academic planning. The role also involves staying updated with the latest marketing trends, contributing to curriculum design, and supporting extracurricular activities aligned with the institute's goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marketing Management, Brand Management, Services Marketing, and understanding of Consumer Behavior.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Research methodology.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field, with a proven track record in teaching and research.
• Ability to guide and inspire students in academic and professional growth.
• Experience in curriculum development and administrative responsibilities is an advantage.
