Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor of Computer Science based at Amity University's Patna campus. The responsibilities include delivering lectures, leading research activities, guiding and mentoring students, and collaborating with colleagues for curriculum development. The Associate Professor will also engage in scholarly research, publish findings in reputed journals, and contribute to academic excellence through participation in departmental and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Computer Science, with a focus on core concepts and advanced methodologies.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and program structuring aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Data Science and Cybersecurity, with the ability to teach and guide in these domains.
• Proficiency in various Programming languages and frameworks, with hands-on experience in their instructional application.
• A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• Proven record of scholarly research and publication in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor students and work collaboratively with peers.
• Experience in academic administration and collaboration with external academic or industry partners is a plus.
