The Faculty of Business at FLAME University in Pune, India, is looking for highly research-active candidates to join their Marketing team on a full-time basis. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in various areas of Marketing, such as Services Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Luxury Branding, New Products Development, User Experience and User Interface for Product Development, Integrated Marketing Communication, and Consumer and Marketing Analytics. Candidates at all levels (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with a blend of academic and industry experience. The responsibilities of the faculty members include teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. is mandatory at the time of application. Successful applicants will be expected to conduct independent high-quality research and collaborate with existing members to establish a strong interdisciplinary community dedicated to cutting-edge research and innovation. They should also be able to translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs, and policies.
