Job Description

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR activities and collaborating with leaders and key decision makers to enhance business success through HR initiatives. Your tasks will include analyzing HR issues, resolving problems, and proposing effective solutions. You will also play a pivotal role in investigating, mediating, and resolving employee and labor relations issues. Furthermore, you will represent the organization in contract and labor negotiations and offer coaching and counsel to business leaders, managers, and employees, contributing best practices and external perspectives to strategic and operational discussions. In this position, your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing HR issues, resolving problems, and proposing solutions - Investigating, mediating, and resolving employee and labor relations issues - Representing the organization in contract and labor negotiations - Providing coaching and counsel to business leaders, managers, and employees - Bringing best practices and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions - Anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends - Developing, implementing, and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of internal processes and systems - Executing an efficient infrastructure to deliver HR services consistently, responsively, and cost-effectively - Ensuring efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions The qualifications required for this role are: - Entry-level professional individual contributor on a project or work team - Working closely supervised with problems that are not typically difficult or complex - Working on projects of limited scope and complexity - Following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data - Requiring broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education - Typically requiring a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of functional experience,
