Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate will assist the Product Manager in managing our finance-focused learning programs, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and contribute to improving product delivery and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of finance-related courses.
• Support product operations, including coordinating with trainers, resolving learner queries, and managing session logistics.
• Maintain and update product documentation, schedules, and trackers.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to learner experience improvements based on feedback and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and support to ensure seamless product operations.
• Stay updated with trends in the finance education space and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate a learner-first attitude with an eagerness to continuously improve processes and products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
• A proactive learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
