Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent process management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in process management and leadership within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
