Associate Principal/Principal - Advanced Analytics & AI Integration

You are applying for the role of Advanced Analytics Consultant at PharmaACE, a Global Healthcare Consulting Firm based in Princeton, New Jersey. As an Advanced Analytics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying intelligent, data-driven solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or broader commercial domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models for solving complex business problems such as segmentation, churn prediction, targeting optimization, and personalization. - Evaluating multiple AI/ML techniques to determine the most effective approach and creating scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate with business processes. - Working with large, diverse datasets, performing exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data cleansing to prepare inputs for modeling. - Translating analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations, developing strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, and integrating AI within client organizations. - Building interactive dashboards and visualization tools to showcase model results, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and creating data-driven stories using strong presentation skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment. - Prior experience in pharma/life sciences is preferred but not mandatory. - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a consulting or strategic analytics capacity. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data wrangling and model development. - Experience with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
