Associate Principal Engineer

As a Project Manager at Nagarro, your role will involve creating and managing project plans to align project objectives with company goals. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring goals, tasks, and plans for Salesforce projects, interacting with clients and stakeholders, as well as leading client calls. Your duties will also include analyzing project requests, updating task statuses, and ensuring project delivery within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create, understand, and validate estimated effort for modules/tasks - Lead the development of demos/POCs and participate in client workshops - Ensure coding best practices are followed and define code versioning/deployment processes - Manage resource allocation and team utilization - Keep management/stakeholders informed through regular status reporting - Assess and mitigate risks, issues, opportunities, and threats - Mentor and manage a team of developers and consultants - Develop metrics for project success and work with agile methodologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Nagarro is a dynamic Digital Product Engineering company with a global presence and a non-hierarchical work culture.
