Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Visits & Documentation Execution

Visit customers across APTS to complete documentation signing, including e-signing and physical signing.

Handle 90% of cases within Hyderabad, with minimal outstation travel as required.

2. Accuracy & Compliance

Ensure error-free execution of all signing and documentation processes.

Adhere to internal compliance guidelines and documentation standards.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with the Business Team and Central Processing Team to ensure same-day disbursement upon completion of signing.

Track and close any documentation gaps proactively.

4. Customer & Objection Handling

Maintain a professional approach during customer interactions.

Demonstrate strong objection-handling skills and act as a self-starter with minimal supervision.

5. Banker Coordination

Handle interactions with bankers related to extensions, renewals, and documentation clarifications.

Candidate Requirements

A. Graduate with 12 years of experience in documentation, operations, or field verification roles.

B. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

C. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with high accuracy.

D. Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and occasionally across APTS.

Basic understanding of lending documentation is an added advantage
