As a TA Specialist at RateGain, you will be instrumental in driving the talent acquisition strategy for our rapidly expanding global operations. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to identify hiring needs and cultivate high-performing teams across multiple regions and functions. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual who can manage full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include partnering with department heads and hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, and sourcing top talent through various channels. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and collaborate closely with them to define job requirements and develop a strong candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will promote RateGain's employer brand, engage passive candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field, along with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the technology or travel industry. Your recruitment expertise, communication skills, technology savvy, collaboration abilities, and analytical mindset will be key to your success. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude are also essential qualities we are looking for in candidates.
