The Associate Operations Manager - Creative will be responsible for overseeing the creative operations team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative work. Day-to-day tasks include managing projects, coordinating with clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and facilitating communication between various departments. This role also involves performance tracking, process improvement, and providing support for creative team members. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in the creative industry, with a strong foundation in design and creative execution Strong project management and team coordination skills Started career as a designer and possesses hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience in client communication and relationship management Ability to track performance and implement process improvements Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Capability to work effectively in a high-paced environment Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree Previous experience in a similar role within the creative industry
