Role Overview: As an Associate Operations Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank in Navi Mumbai, you will be an integral part of the Tech Operations department within Retail Banking Operations, specifically supporting the Advanced Credit Processing (ACP) team. Your role will involve managing credit card operations and processes, analyzing data for improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing operational procedures, training team members, staying updated with industry trends, handling escalations, conducting audits, and preparing reports for senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the ACP team in managing credit card operations and processes - Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of credit card operations - Develop and maintain operational procedures and policies - Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to credit card operations - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures - Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Strong knowledge of credit card operations and processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Prior experience in managing a team is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
