Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive at British Council's Noida office, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to customers across various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. Your main focus will be to respond to inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining high service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
