Job Description

As a Membership Quality & Reputation Associate at GLG, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the quality of GLG Network Members. Your role will involve screening Network Member profiles for potential quality issues and investigating quality issues escalated from other GLG teams. You will collaborate with global teams to protect the integrity of all GLG engagements and ensure that Network Member profiles are complete, accurate, and up to date. Additionally, you will provide feedback on new processes and guidelines to improve decision-making processes related to Network Management quality issues. Your responsibilities will also include managing incoming cases, conducting in-depth research, and communicating with Network Members and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage incoming cases related to existing reports and dashboards - Investigate quality issues escalated from other GLG teams - Conduct in-depth research on issues/concerns using proprietary databases and public domain - Collaborate with global teams to protect the integrity of GLG engagements - Provide feedback on new processes, guidelines, and protocols - Communicate with Network Members and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns Qualifications Required: - Ability to work EMEA hours - Prior experience in communicating with internal and external parties across regions and time zones - Fluent in English for oral and written communication - Strong academics with 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in corporate governance, risk management, quality control, or internal audit - Strong written and verbal communication skills using various channels - Excellent Internet-based research skills with familiarity in using investigative tools - Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail - Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group: GLG is the world's insight network, connecting clients with expertise from a network of approximately 1 million experts.
