Job Responsibilities


Marketing & Communication

  • Manage SharePoint portals & weekly office displays
  • Support event coverage, content creation, and marketing materials
  • Draft case studies/blogs & assist with survey.


🔹 Financial & Vendor Coordination

  • Handle PR/PO/GRN/MIN in ERP
  • Coordinate with Finance for payments & manage vendor budgets
  • Prepare monthly marketing budget reports


🔹 Training & LMS Management

  • Oversee LMS operations, uploads & reporting
  • Coordinate with trainers, vendors & manage training calendar
  • Create learning modules using Articulate/LMS tools.


🔹 Data & Reporting

  • Build dashboards, analyse data & support documentation/audits.


🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Legal, Finance, Admin & BD teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners
