Marketing Associate/Manager

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content, and the confidence to host webinars and videos while collaborating across product, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver

  product messaging

  across multiple channels including webinars, videos, and educational content.
• Host webinars and video sessions to educate customers on product capabilities and benefits.
• Analyze

  market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights

  to shape marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams on

  go-to-market plans

  for product launches, feature rollouts, and demand generation.
• Create marketing collateral such as

  demos, data sheets, whitepapers, blogs, and videos

  .
• Build

  training materials

  to equip the sales team with product knowledge and value propositions.
• Plan and execute

  marketing campaigns

  that generate leads and drive engagement.
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and optimize strategies.
• Support

  account-based marketing (ABM)

  and customer advocacy programs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  ; MBA in Strategy, Marketing, or Technology is a plus.
• 23 years of experience in

  SaaS marketing

  (enterprise technology or consulting experience desirable).
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with:
• SaaS applications and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Redshift).
• Databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Salesforce and D365+ (preferred).
• Knowledge of

  DataOps and data management practices

  .
• Exceptional

  written and verbal communication skills

  , with ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience hosting

  webinars, creating videos, and delivering technical presentations

  .
• Proficiency in

  marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems

• Strong

  project management skills

  with ability to collaborate across teams.
