Summary

The Sr Executive – Finance & Accounts would be responsible for day-to-day claim processing, collection entries,credit note processing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Checking credit card transactions required to processing of credits in the system.Ensure timely and accurate process of credit memo requests.Maintains records of receipts, debit memos, and credit memos.Verification documents and processing credit memos for returned products and warranties & others.Support internal and external audits.Send the customer service team and other requestor monthly credit memo MIS.Performs miscellaneous accounting job-related duties as assigned.Maintaining appropriate filing and recording systems.Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its partners.Position RequirementsM.com or Semi-qualified CA with a minimum of (2) years of accounts receivable / accounts payable /accounting experience.Individual should be a good communicator, will be working with all levels of employees.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Candidate should have the ability to work independently as well as on team assignments.Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products, (Word and Excel). Experience in Microsoft Navision, SAP, andvarious banking platforms is a plus.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position, deliver timely and accurate workproducts with customer service focus and respond with sense of urgency as required.
