Associate Manager, Technical Sales Skin Care, India

As a Dynamic technical expert in personal care formulations at Croda, you will play a key role in spearheading technical sales and business development activities for Skin Care in the Indian sub-continent. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and realizing new business pipelines to enhance Crodas presence in D2C brands. - Managing and growing the current business in the Skin Care category within the Personal Care segment. - Developing new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and following up on new leads and sample requests. - Implementing long-term and short-term plans for product promotions and sales, coordinating with the sales team in line with marketing policies. - Maintaining a pipeline of projects, reporting on business activities, and driving new business development in the Indian subcontinent. - Promoting new products, delivering product presentations, and providing technical support to customers. - Liaising with sales, technical, and regulatory teams to ensure requirements are fulfilled from lead identification to project commercialization. - Staying updated on competition and technological developments in the designated market. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer requests related to technical and new product development. - Assisting in the promotion of products through various initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and digital marketing projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree qualified in Chemistry or Cosmetic technology. - Proven experience in Formulation development or technical sales within the personal care industry. - Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Research, and Marketing teams. - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with others.
