Associate Manager Supply Chain and Manufacturing Practice

As an Associate Manager in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Practice at Tredence, you will be engaging with Supply Chain Leaders globally to define the need for supply chain solutions. This involves process consulting, analytics, algorithms, technology, application development, and change management. You will work with a talented team to grow client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with Supply Chain Leaders to define the need for solutions - Lead 1-3 client engagements simultaneously - Work with a team of analysts and engineers on various projects - Develop career goals in supply chain management - Possess expertise in process consulting, analytics, technology, program management, and product management - Understand various functions within the supply chain value chain - Design and build tools/data models to solve business problems - Lead a team working with Excel, SQL, Alteryx, R/Python, Tableau, and PowerBI - Utilize applied mathematics and statistics for solution-building **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting/Analytics or Graduate degree with 5+ years of experience - In-depth understanding of one or more functions within the supply chain - Wide exposure to functions across the supply chain value chain - Familiarity with various modules of supply chain solutions and software - Comfortable with data processing, logic building, and data visualization platforms In this role, you can expect to have a tremendously impactful position, with opportunities for growth within the Supply Chain Practice Leadership team.
