Role & responsibilities:

  • Implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organizations mission.
  • Execute and manage the content plan for corporate communication.
  • Create content for a variety of corporate communication channels, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
  • Extend support to initiatives such as corporate branding, campaign management, communications design, online & print collaterals etc.
  • Proactively plan and curate therapy-based communication initiatives and activity calendar for the year.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in communications, preferably gained in a start-up/ medium-sized, evolving organization.
  • Experienced writing variety of content for and managing different corporate communications channels.
  • Ability to review online analytics, collecting user research and ability to interpret information; demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT skills including content management, word processing, spreadsheets, image editing, Office 365.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to stay independently motivated and deliver the assigned mandate.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both, verbal and written). French and/ Portuguese would be an added advantage.

Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally with diverse colleagues across multiple locations and across time zones.
