Job Description

Contribute to business security strategy and align site-level plans with group policies.
Plan, prepare, and monitor security budgets (Capex & Opex) with approvals from Vertical Security Head.
Conduct governance reviews and participate in council meetings for strategic oversight.
Gather intelligence from external sources and monitor news to foresee risks.
Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Facilitate internal and third-party security audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
Design and lead crisis response plans; train and manage Quick Reaction Teams (QRT).
Oversee security operations including SOP adherence, control room, surveillance, and access control.
Investigate incidents (fraud, theft, vandalism) and initiate corrective actions.
Manage outsourced manpower and drive performance culture through people management.

Skills Required

8+ years
of experience in industrial/site security management.
Exposure to
manufacturing, plant, or large-scale environments
