Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Associate Sales Manager to join our Chennai team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting field visits, and ensuring seamless client engagement throughout the sales process. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy traveling and working in a fast-paced, corporate real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and property site visits across Chennai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
• Present, promote, and sell company projects and services to potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and detailed sales reports.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong passion for field sales and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Chennai and nearby areas.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.

Compensation:

₹22,500 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
