Drive performance, build talent, and shape operational excellence to ensure a top-tier support experience. 🎯 What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of Product Support Consultants. Monitor KPIs and improve team productivity and quality. Identify support trends and prioritize key client issues. Coach, mentor, and develop individual contributors. Ensure coverage plans, schedules, and performance reporting are aligned to business needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and support delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally and represent support needs in projects and initiatives. 👤 Who You Are Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field. 5+ years in product or technical support; 2–3 years in a leadership role. Exposure to managing small teams or acting in a leadership capacity (0–2 years preferred). Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
