Job Description

Job Description 1. Drive Logistics process improvement initiatives Business Process mapping, 2. Lead IT enhancement initiatives in SAP S4/HANA, TMS, Power BI and other systems – be the single point of contact. Need to have good knowledge of SAP SD module/advanced Excel knowledge. 3. Own all Logistics master Data fields – regular review, ensure its accuracy. 4. Prepare CFA/MWH Operation SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) in consultation with CFTs Finance, Sales, Quality and ensure its adherence 5. Aid Sample conversion, move inventory code to code, Batch Correction in SAP 6. Manage dispatches of Samples, Gifts, Point of Sample Promo/marketing inputs to customers to field staff. 7. Work with Nepal/Bhutan Sales team in executing export orders – including arranging stocks/transportation, validating LC/payment, 8. Work with Finance/Taxation team to implementing changes in GST/taxation – CFAs/MWHs, SAP S4/HANA 9. Build analytics capability and monthly MIS for the function - Key Performance Goal 1. Export/POSM Execution 2. CFA Process Compliance 3. Logistics MDM accuracy 4. People/process Improvement Requirement 5. Graduate with MBA in Operation 6. 10 years of work experience in managing Logistics operation Key Skills 1. SAP S4/HANA SD Module, Advanced Excel/Presentation, Power BI 2. Business process mapping, preparing SOP 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills 5. Ability to collaboration with cross-functional teams. 6. Ability to inspire team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
