Associate Manager - Investor Relations

As a Corporate Finance Associate at Sun King, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and strategic support to the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing relationships with existing debt investors. - Engaging with senior management of potential debt investors to support fundraising efforts. - Assisting in the development and analysis of financial and valuation models. - Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other mainstream analytics tools. - Compiling and maintaining electronic data rooms for fundraising projects. - Overseeing periodic reporting and covenant compliance. - Participating in negotiations of debt terms, documentation, and related compliance activities. - Leading due diligence processes for fundraising initiatives. - Managing post-drawdown reporting and ongoing covenant monitoring. - Overseeing forex risk through hedging strategies. - Managing grants, including compliance and reporting. - Providing ad hoc support on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and potential IPO activities. You might be a strong candidate if you have/are: - A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study. - A professional accountancy qualification. - A minimum of three years" work experience in the impact funding, financial services, or consulting sectors (preferable). - Strong writing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. - Good analytical and writing abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced team environment. - Willingness to travel at short notice.
