Associate Manager - Investor Relations

The role based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR will involve providing operational and strategic support to the organization's senior management in various aspects of corporate finance. This includes financial modeling, forecasting, covenant reporting, debt financing, and meeting investor requirements. Responsibilities: - Managing relationships with existing debt investors. - Engaging with senior management of potential debt investors to support fundraising efforts. - Assisting in the development and analysis of financial and valuation models. - Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other mainstream analytics tools. - Compiling and maintaining electronic data rooms for fundraising projects. - Overseeing periodic reporting and covenant compliance. - Participating in negotiations of debt terms, documentation, and related compliance activities. - Leading due diligence processes for fundraising initiatives. - Managing post-drawdown reporting and ongoing covenant monitoring. - Overseeing forex risk through hedging strategies. - Managing grants, including compliance and reporting. - Providing ad hoc support on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and potential IPO activities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study. - Professional accountancy qualification. - Minimum of three years of work experience in impact funding, financial services, or consulting sectors (preferable). - Strong writing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. - Good analytical and writing abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced team environment. - Willingness to travel at short notice.
