Associate Manager - Integrated Plan & Development (CPIT)

As a Pre-Construction Planning Manager in a Real Estate Development company in Mumbai, your role involves creating a Project Execution Plan (PEP) that aligns with the business needs of the organization. You will lead the pre-construction planning phase of real estate development projects in Mumbai, developing comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Your responsibilities also include coordinating the appointment of Architects, other Consultants & Contractors during the pre-construction stage, ensuring project requirements are met by liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges - Monitor and report project progress, implementing corrective actions as needed - Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards - Collaborate with stakeholders to address project issues and drive decision-making processes - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities - Mentor and guide junior team members for their professional growth - Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the pre-construction planning team - Lead and coordinate periodic meetings with all stakeholders Qualifications: - Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree in Project Management or Real Estate Development is preferred. - Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory, LEED Accredited Professional (AP) certification is preferred - Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pre-construction planning within the Real Estate Development industry. Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale projects successfully from conception to initiation. Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
