Job Description

The Associate Manager Impact Communications will play a key role in shaping and executing the organization's communication strategies. The role involves managing internal and external communications, media relations, content creation, campaigns, and reputation management to enhance visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Strategy Development:

    Design and implement strategies supporting organizational goals, brand identity, and initiatives. Identify target audiences and tailor messaging effectively.
  • Content Creation & Management:

    Oversee creation of press releases, speeches, newsletters, blogs, and social media content. Manage content calendars for consistent delivery across platforms.
  • Internal Communications:

    Support employee communication regarding updates, changes, policies, and achievements in coordination with HR and departments.
  • Crisis Communication & Reputation Management:

    Develop crisis communication plans, monitor public sentiment, and address risks proactively.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track communication effectiveness, analyze data, and report insights to inform future strategies.
  • Strategic Communications:

    Design collaterals such as newsletters, brochures, annual reports, and maintain online presence via portals, blogs, and partnerships.
  • Offline Marketing & Branding:

    Manage media relations, press kits, event representation, and CSRBOX brand visibility at events and initiatives.
  • Measurement & Reporting:

    Prepare reports and presentations on communication outcomes and campaign performance.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools and data analytics is a plus.
