As an ideal candidate for the position, you will play a crucial role in the training and development of the team by collaborating with Operations to create a robust team training strategy and quality plan. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with clients to ensure training requirements are met effectively. - Delivering training on induction modules and other new hire training programs. - Designing and delivering ongoing training modules and flagship certification programs for various job levels, focusing on communication and soft skills development. - Establishing a testing and certification process to validate the knowledge and skills acquired through long-term training programs. - Researching and recommending third-party training materials and programs to ensure alignment with industry standards. - Conducting training needs assessments for staff at all levels in coordination with Operations. - Designing training materials such as instructional content, manuals, handouts, and visual aids. - Updating and maintaining training materials to align with company requirements. - Assisting in the development of recruitment assessments for candidates as needed. - Monitoring training methods and identifying trends to enhance quality practices. - Tracking quality metrics and providing feedback to the Learning and Development (L&D) team and operational teams. - Collaborating with the L&D team to co-facilitate and conduct organization-wide programs. - Maintaining the L&D training database and generating reports for analysis and reporting purposes.
