The main objective of this role is to ensure quality compliance and oversight during the technology transfer of agrochemical processes from R&D to the pilot plant. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and monitoring the technology transfer, reviewing and verifying pilot batch protocols, ensuring documentation compliance, providing on-floor quality support, coordinating analytical method transfer, and conducting training on quality-related procedures. You will play a key role in overseeing the technology transfer of agrochemical or technical grade actives, reviewing pilot batch protocols, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant norms, providing QC support during lab-scale trials, and ensuring adherence to quality and EHS guidelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with QC and R&D for analytical method validation and transfer, ensuring that test methods are validated per agrochemical standards. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have a B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field, or a B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering. You should have at least 5 years of experience in QA/QC within agrochemical, chemical, or formulation pilot plant environments. A good understanding of agrochemical formulation processes, handling hazardous substances, and familiarity with Indian (CIB&RC) and global regulatory standards will be essential for this role.,

You will be responsible for Daily Recovery Calculation, Reporting, and Balancing the stock. You will monitor the process as per the Quality Plan executed by the QC team, identifying any gaps in process areas such as leakages and spillages across different sections including the Drier house and Warehouse. Your role will also involve monitoring Finished Goods to ensure dispatch meets customer requirements and specifications completely. You will be required to report and identify any issues in the in-process stages and maintain Laboratory systems and GHP. In addition, you will handle SAP tasks such as daily production entry, production order creation, chemical consumption entry, Service PR/Service Entry, and Manual PR. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is essential for this role. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred. You will need to ensure lab safety standards and implement 1S/2S in the lab. Managing a team of 10-15 employees/workmen effectively will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc in AVSI/ANSI or MSc in Chem/Sugar tech with approximately 10-15 years of experience as a Lab incharge, along with fluency in SAP and MS Office. Monitor compliance with quality requirements during execution. - Issue quality noncompliance notes to contractors for sub-standard works and ensure corrections are made. - Perform tests through contractors, witness and record results, and maintain documentation. - Monitor that QC check sheets are prepared and maintained for executed works. - Authorize concrete pours after inspection, inspect concrete structures post-concrete for correctness. - Check and approve bar bending schedules submitted by the contractor for RCC works. - Coordinate with contractors for handing over structures/equipment foundations to other discipline contractors. - Coordinate with other discipline engineers for the release of fronts to contractors. - Prepare and issue punch lists upon completion of each area and follow up with contractors for closure. - Scrutinize and certify contractors" RA bills and final bills when required. - Follow up with Projects/Engineering team to release any Holds in drawings to avoid schedule delays. - Prepare and maintain joint measurement records for approved variations/changes. - Implement HSE procedures effectively. - Monitor work progress and ensure the adequacy of required labor resources, machinery, and materials to complete works as per schedule. - Perform any other works required for the project as directed by the Construction Manager to complete civil works. - Have effective communication skills to convey discrepancies, problems faced, or expectations at the site to the respective lead and client as necessary. - Specific experience in supervising finishes of FMCG/Industrial projects. - Good written and verbal communication skills.
