Job Description

Role Details:

Delivering superior client experience in the lobby by rendering exemplary levels of customer service thereby, availing Gold Loans simple and hassle free for the Customer.

Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
No revenue leakages while processing Gold Loans
Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days.
Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and
Generate referrals for GL (with at least 8 conversions per month)
Generate 5 referrals a month for Other Bank products.
