Associate Manager- Global Ocean Freight Payables

As a candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Ocean Freight teams, Transport execution, and Order management to optimize and standardize ways of working. You will ensure good service delivery to the business and customers. Additionally, you will be expected to resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Supporting initiatives to digitize processes, creating digital tools for continuous improvement efforts, and adopting new and existing I/E IT and Technology platforms will also be crucial aspects of your role. Building sustainable business partnerships with sector operations teams, I/E procurement, I/E Ocean, I/E C&T, and supporting Business Reporting processes and AOP Preparation as required are essential responsibilities. Your qualifications and requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or SC. You should have advanced/proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Power BI), and data reporting systems. Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills are also necessary. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with digital systems and tools, and the ability to positively influence teams outside of your direct responsibility and across multiple business units. Being capable of working in a remote work group and being managed remotely is important. Utilizing technical/functional knowledge to create and solve business problems, attention to detail, experience leading multiple teams, collaborative work approach, and excellent written and oral communication skills are key attributes for success in this role. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required, and exceptional communication skills across global businesses (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) are advantageous. Adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and a changing environment, being a strong team player passionate about collaboration, coordination, and committed to teamwork in all situations are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position.,
