As an Associate Manager, Enterprise Support at Infoblox, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of enterprise support engineers responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the Infoblox cloud environment. Your strategic thinking, hands-on experience, and ability to collaborate across teams will be key to your success in this role. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for solving issues, participating in on-call support, and driving major incidents related to our rapidly growing cloud platform. Additionally, you will work closely with various operational teams to enhance efficiencies, supervise all DDI engineers, and mentor new team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Solve issues and participate in on-call support to maintain the availability and performance of the Infoblox cloud environment - Collaborate with operational teams to drive efficiencies and ensure overall health and stability of monitoring - Represent the DDI in meetings, recommend new procedures, and handle related release activities - Supervise DDI engineers, mentor new team members, and provide incident commander responsibilities during major incidents - Contribute to post-incident reviews and follow through with action plans for continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of hands-on team lead experience - Basic understanding of Networking Concepts, DNS, DHCP - Experience in systems administration or technical operations - Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting Linux/UNIX servers in a production environment - Exceptional collaboration, social, and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations and identify opportunities for improvement **Additional Company Details:** Infoblox offers a holistic benefits package, including health, wealth, and wellness coverage, a competitive salary, and a 401k with company match.
