Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager, Enterprise Support at Infoblox, you will be a part of the Support team in Trivandrum, reporting to the manager of Enterprise Technical Support. Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of enterprise support engineers who are in charge of the 24/7 support of the rapidly growing cloud platform. You will play a crucial role in driving major incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams until resolution, and leading root cause analysis efforts. Your strategic thinking, hands-on experience, and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Solve issues and participate in on-call support to ensure availability and performance of the Infoblox cloud environment - Collaborate with various groups within Operations to drive efficiencies, including authoring runbooks, defining key alert metrics, and ensuring overall health and stability of monitoring - Represent the DDI in meetings and process changes, making recommendations on new procedures and processes - Work with peers across the organization to handle related or dependent release activities - Supervise all DDI engineers, ensuring expert and effective performance of duties and tasks during each shift - Mentor and coach new team members - Provide incident commander responsibilities, contribute to post-incident reviews, and follow through with action plans Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of hands-on team lead experience - Basic understanding of Networking Concepts, DNS, DHCP - Experience in systems administration or technical operations - Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting Linux/UNIX servers in a production environment - Exceptional collaboration, social, and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations, such as a major service outage - Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive plans to completion - Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a highly technical team - Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize quickly Additional Company Details (Omitted): The company values transparency, curiosity, respect, and having fun while delighting customers.
